Entering our storage workshop, the first thing that catches your eye is the neatly stacked goods by batch and specification. Each cardboard box is labeled clearly: A4, A5, A6… Different types of products are stored in separate areas, making it easy to identify. The yellow warning lines have marked out the safety passage, ensuring both efficient handling and adhering to the safety standards of the operation.
Behind this neatness lies a set of strict warehouse management procedures:
When goods are received, each batch will be carefully counted and inspected to ensure that the specifications and quantities are correct. Only then will they be labeled with specific identifiers and placed in the corresponding storage location.
During storage, we adhere to the “first in, first out” principle, regularly inspect the condition of the goods, and take measures to prevent moisture, dust and compression to ensure that the products remain in perfect condition at all times in the warehouse.
Before the goods are dispatched, the warehouse staff will recheck the order information, verifying each item from the model, quantity to the destination, to ensure there are no errors.
These seemingly cumbersome steps are all designed to ensure that each product remains in its original perfect condition before being delivered to the customer.

Second, from packaging to loading onto the container, we strive to do everything to the utmost.
Once the order was confirmed, the packaging process began in an orderly manner. We used thick cardboard boxes and wrapping films to protect the products, then placed them firmly on the pallets. Each layer and each column were aligned and compacted to ensure stability during transportation and to make full use of the space, thereby saving logistics costs for the customers.
The container loading process is a crucial step that tests one’s experience and attention to detail. Inside the container, we plan the placement scheme based on the size and weight of the goods, with heavy items placed at the bottom and light items on top. Large items are fixed and small items are reinforced to ensure that the goods in the entire container do not shift or get bumped during transportation. Each cardboard box marked with the “AIVONO” logo carries the trust of our customers, and we must escort them on their journey in the most secure manner.
